The best months to visit are October to November and February to April although travel is possible throughout the year. December and January are the chilly months though weather is clear. May & early June are the warmest months. Mid- June to September are the monsoon months.

Nepal is 5 hours 45 minutes ahead of GMT and 15 min. ahead of IST (Indian Standard Time).
