We are so confident that we offer the best value that we offer a price promise. We match ‘like for like’ and often manage to offer more. This backed by our dedicated service and 24/7 destination support.
Our price match policy applies if below criteria is met:
• Only genuine quotations from competitors are accepted. The quote must show the time and date it was created and be sent or emailed to Indian Odyssey
• All flights, accommodation, board, transfers and inclusive tours quoted by the competitor must exactly match the quote that was put together by Indian Odyssey
• Our price promise only applies to the first quote received from a competitor; we reserve the right not to beat the price on quotes that are subsequently revised by the competitor.
• The holidays must be available for sale to the general public in the UK from other ATOL-bonded UK tour operators and priced in pound sterling.
• The price promise only applies to new bookings and not to any pre-booked holidays
• Competitor quotes must show a total to include any credit card costs, admin fees and booking fees.
• If all criteria are met and the competitor quote is cheaper, we will match it.
