What services does Indian Odyssey provide?

We create bespoke holidays designed totally around you.  Our holidays range from once in a lifetime honeymoons, multi-stop trips, train journeys, spa, beach holidays, city breaks. We can cater for couples, families, small and large groups and not forgetting the solo traveller wishing to expereince Asia. Our services include:

  1. Travel advice
  2. Designing and developing your travel itinerary
  3. Booking of flights, accommodation, guides and activities.
  4. Assistance with visa application
  5. Concierge service who can assist you with booking restaurants, special occasion celebration, additional activities outwith your itinerary
  6. We provide local 24/7 support throughout your holiday and are on call in the case of an emergency

Is my holiday financially protected?

All our air holiday packages are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority.  Our ATOL number is 9329.  Please refer to our booking conditions for more information.   For information about the protection offered by the CAA, please visit www.caa.co.uk

Is my holiday destination safe?

Do I need travel insurance?

It is strongly recommended that you have a comprehensive travel insurance in place prior to your departure.

How do i book with Indian Odyssey?

There are three ways in which you can book your holiday with Indian Odyssey.

  1. At Indian Odyssey we belive by conversing with you we can get a better idea of what type of holiday you are looking for. So we suggest you start off by giving us a call on +44 (0)1224 313984 to speak to our consultants who will create a bespoke itinerary based on your preferences.
  2. You can send us an email at [email protected] detailing as much information as possible we will revert with a draft itinerary. We say draft, because there will be aspects of the holiday you will either want to extend or upgrade.  If there are any additions to the suggested itinerary we will work this up to a final proposal for your review. Once you are satisfied with your personalised holiday and want to confirm the arrangements we will require a signed copy of our booking form together with your deposit.   Our booking form will be sent together with our booking conditions, which should be read carefully.
  3. Finally, if you have seen the holiday you want on our website you can book directly by hitting the ‘Book Now’ button.

How do I pay for my holiday?

Payment methods are:

  • Debit Cards (All major cards)
  • Credit Card (All major cards) – 3% charge on amount being paid
  • Bank Transfer – please refer to your invoice for details.
