This was our 6th visit to India. We have travelled before with companies specialising in the country, but they tended to get too big and the personal service was lost. Indian Odyssey gave us that personal service, and also came up with an itinerary that offered us one or two different locations from other agents, thats why we chose Indian Odyssey. The person who dealt with our enquiry is also familiar with the country which makes a big difference when you are discussing holiday options.
Neither of us had been to India before, but we were well taken care of, and learned and saw so much! In addition, I would particularly like to mention how very good Tilak was. We relied on him completely, he managed everything exceptionally well, and nothing was too much trouble. It cannot be easy dealing with a group of senior travellers (especially on the train!) but he made it all very easy for us. He was efficient, professional, resourceful, and kind. We could not have asked for more.
It was a wonderful 10 days. Everything worked like clockwork. John enjoyed his train experience. I was glad to survive. Thank you for organising such a wonderful trip.
